Tasks:
Manage existing and identify new luxury watch retailers in Europe and Asia
Contact watch dealers via phone and organize on-site meetings
Negotiate purchasing conditions with luxury watch retailers
Foster relationships with retailers to boost business opportunities
Liaise between retailers and customer service for customers’ requests
Manage inbound and outbound logistics flows and packaging process
Daily quality assurance of luxury watches and shipping creation
Photograph luxury watches during the inbound process
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in Master/Bachelor’s degree Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
You have to do a Mandatory Internship as part of your study programme and you are available for 6-months.
Proficiency in English - Native-level in Spanish and/or Italian is a big plus
Interest in luxury products, watches, or e-commerce
High attention to detail and structured working style
Strong written skills and an eye for high-quality content
Reliable, hands-on, and willing to support operational tasks
Basic photography skills are a plus (training provided)
