1 Stu­dent Assist­ant (m/f/d)

Working field:

Duties include, for example: research assist­ance, sup­port­ing pro­ject mem­bers with the organ­iz­a­tion of sci­entific events, edit­or­ial work on sci­entific texts, main­ten­ance/updat­ing of the depart­ment web­site, help­ing to main­tain data­bases and digital repos­it­or­ies


Applic­ants must be flu­ent in Chinese, Eng­lish and Ger­man and should be at least in their third semester of study at a uni­versity in Ber­lin or Branden­burg. They should have a good work­ing know­ledge of mod­ern inform­a­tion tech­no­logy and the abil­ity to work both inde­pend­ently and in a team.

What we offer:

The hourly salary rate is cal­cu­lated accord­ing to the Max Planck Soci­ety’s pro­gram to sup­port junior schol­ars: 12,00 € for bach­elor’s stu­dents, and 13,95 € for stu­dents enrolled in a mas­ter’s pro­gram who already hold a bach­elor’s degree.
