Work­ing Stu­dent – Busi­ness Devel­op­ment

Work­ing field:

We are loo­king for an ambi­tious and relia­ble working stu­dent who will cont­ri­bute to a rapidly gro­wing team of indi­vi­du­als from dif­fe­rent natio­na­li­ties and back­grounds. Based in Ber­lin or Frank­furt (Oder).

Your res­pon­si­bi­li­ties:
  • Sup­port to mar­ket rese­arch, busi­ness deve­lop­ment and mar­ke­ting activi­ties, inclu­ding par­ti­ci­pa­tion in trade shows, con­fe­ren­ces and other mar­ke­ting events
  • Help define and imple­ment the com­mer­cial stra­tegy in space and hi-rel (nuclear, auto­mo­tive, indus­trial) sec­tors, focu­sing on Cen­tral and Nort­hern Euro­pean mar­kets
  • Help iden­tify part­ners and assist in the pre­pa­ra­tion of tech­ni­cal pro­po­sals for R&D pro­jects
  • Create tech­ni­cal/com­mer­cial docu­men­ta­tion and demons­trate how our pro­ducts will meet cli­ents’ needs
  • Be invol­ved in the ent­ire sales lifecy­cle to sell com­plex tech­ni­cal pro­ducts/ser­vices to cust­o­m­ers such as the Euro­pean Space Agency, the EC and the main Euro­pean space prime con­trac­tors
  • Pro­vide up-to-date cust­o­mer, com­pe­ti­tion and mar­ket feed­back

Require­ments:

  • You are cur­rently enrol­led as Bache­lor/Mas­ter in tech­ni­cal stu­dies, or Busi­ness Admi­nis­tra­tion with a soun­ding inte­rest in tech­no­logy
  • You have a basic tech­ni­cal under­stan­ding and wil­ling­ness to learn about tech­no­logy-based sec­tors
  • Expe­ri­ence through prior internships or working stu­dent posi­ti­ons in a simi­lar role is a plus
  • You are pro­fi­ci­ent in Ger­man and Eng­lish and have excel­lent writ­ten and ver­bal com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills in those lan­gua­ges. Spa­nish is a plus
  • You have excel­lent pre­sen­ta­tion as well as crea­ti­vity skills and can explain and pre­sent com­plex con­cepts in an easy to under­stand man­ner
  • You are well-orga­ni­zed, can take deci­si­ons with limi­ted super­vi­sion and know how to prio­ri­tize your work
  • You are wil­ling to learn and take over res­pon­si­bi­li­ties
  • You have pro­fi­ci­ent know­ledge in MS-Office
  • You dis­play con­fi­dence in your suc­cess and show a posi­tive busi­ness atti­tude
