The role is in the EMEA Service organisation supporting PCs and Smart Devices.
As a Lenovo 'Do'er' to improve Lenovo's Field Service Performance You will be responsible for working with one of our key Field Service Providers in EMEA (IBM), managing and improving operational performance and driving process improvements with them.
This will benefit Lenovo’s customers and improve Customer Experience overall.
You will also identify issues across EMEA markets pro-actively and then work with our provider and Lenovo teams to drive solutions.
You will report to the Director for EMEA Service Delivery.
Management, Service and Administration
Business or engineering degree
Supplier management experience via internships a plus
Good excel skills, good powerpoint skills
Process mapping experience
Ability to learn fast and see the bigger e2e picture, then dive in to detail as required
Good & clear communication skills – the ability to clearly articulate business needs internally and externally
Persistence / follow through
