Global Future Lead­ers Pro­gram - Ser­vice Deliv­ery Field Man­age­ment

This pro­gram engages high-achiev­ing, driven stu­dents by immers­ing them into the world of a global tech­no­logy com­pany. In your first two years, you will par­ti­cip­ate in cross-bor­der/cross-organ­iz­a­tion rota­tion where you will engage with key stake­hold­ers, gain deep insight into our organ­iz­a­tion, and develop com­pre­hens­ive lead­er­ship skills while mak­ing a global impact. Our goal is to fast-track you to lead­er­ship by year five.

The role is in the EMEA Ser­vice organ­isa­tion sup­port­ing PCs and Smart Devices.

As a Len­ovo 'Do'er' to improve Len­ovo's Field Ser­vice Per­form­ance You will be respons­ible for work­ing with one of our key Field Ser­vice Pro­viders in EMEA (IBM), man­aging and improv­ing oper­a­tional per­form­ance and driv­ing pro­cess improve­ments with them.
This will bene­fit Len­ovo’s cus­tom­ers and improve Cus­tomer Exper­i­ence over­all.
You will also identify issues across EMEA mar­kets pro-act­ively and then work with our pro­vider and Len­ovo teams to drive solu­tions.
You will report to the Dir­ector for EMEA Ser­vice Deliv­ery.

Work­ing field:

Man­age­ment, Ser­vice and Admin­is­tra­tion


  • Busi­ness or engin­eer­ing degree
  • Sup­plier man­age­ment exper­i­ence via intern­ships a plus
  • Good excel skills, good power­point skills
  • Pro­cess map­ping exper­i­ence

Per­sonal attrib­utes:
  • Abil­ity to learn fast and see the big­ger e2e pic­ture, then dive in to detail as required
  • Good & clear com­mu­nic­a­tion skills – the abil­ity to clearly artic­u­late busi­ness needs intern­ally and extern­ally
